I hope my rating will be accepted, as my babies were former patients. I was fortunate enough to have had Dr. Shinohara as my veterinarian for the past 16 years, during her time in Massachusetts. I called to make our annual appointment for my cat, and learned that she had moved on. I was heartbroken, because although she had hundreds of patients, I still felt like I was losing a close friend. When I lost my dogs, Bailey, Molly and Abby, and my cats Digger and KC, she sent me personal cards of condolence. Her compassion is always evident, and she explains your options without pressure. Our loss is your gain ... because she will be an asset wherever she goes. I wish her all the best.
