Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Behrens grew up in Wilber Nebraska. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Science from the University of Nebraska and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2007. She practiced emergency medicine and critical care for 7 years before joining the Jacobson Veterinary Clinic team. Besides caring for her patients, Dr. Behrens loves spending time with her family, photography, cheering on the Huskers! Dr. Behrens and her husband Grant have two beautiful daughters, Rowan and Elleson, as well as two German short haired pointers and two cats.
