Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Hinkle is originally from Gastonia and moved to Rutherford County in 1993. He earned his B.S. degree in microbiology from NC State University in 1989 and later graduated from NC State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. After graduating from vet school, Dr. Hinkle practiced large animal medicine for 15 years. He later purchased the small animal practice in 2006, and now focuses solely on it. In what spare time he has, he enjoys hunting/fishing, riding his motorcycle, woodworking, and hiking. Dr. Hinkle has three “babies,” his faithful blue heeler, Mikey; and two cats, Lucy; and his stalker Prissa.
