Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Erin Spader, DVMOwner, Certified Veterinary AcupuncturistDr. Spader grew up just outside of Burlington, Vermont. She headed south for college, graduating from Clemson University in South Carolina. She received her DVM from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. While in Florida, Dr. Spader was certified in acupuncture and Chinese Veterinary Food Therapy by the Chi Institute. Dr. Spader became the owner of the Biddeford Animal Hospital in May of 2012.Dr. Spader's pets include Daisy, a scruffy mutt she adopted while in veterinary school; Sawyer, a mischievous cat with no tail; and Ernie, a hyperactive Boston Terrier. In her free time, Dr. Spader enjoys exploring Maine, hiking, and cooking with her husband Al.
