Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Carter is a native of Lake Charles, and graduated from Lagrange High School in 1971. He continued his education at McNeese State University, earning a degree in microbiology in 1976. He then attended LSU in Baton Rouge, graduating with a DVM degree in 1980. He likes to be active and outside, and enjoys spending time with his wife, 4 kids, and 2 grandchildren.
