On July 31st 2019 We took our Beloved 9yr old Maine Coon cat Alex to Advent Veterinary Services Owned and operated By Vivian O Ramos And Thomas Patrick Kilbane Alex was having Trouble chewing his food and he was very sleepy it was very concerning we asked them to check his heart she did not Dr Ramos Imediately said said is he still Vomitting I looked at her I said he has not been Vomitting
then she tries to feel his kidneys with her her hands then says I can not feel his kidneys lets do some nlood work the bloodwork came up with nothing accept some
kind of infection that Dr Ramos could not Identify those blood test cost me $412
she gave alex a shot of some kind of antibiotic and some orbax and told me to bring him back in 2weeks but as I was checking out Dr Ramos walks up to me while I was checking out and says Im very concerned about Alex I really do not know whats wrong with him so August 12 2019 we take Alex back no change Dr Ramos was not there as promised she would Dr thomas patrick Kilbane was there He was totaly stumped he did not know either we again asked hin to check his heart he did not pay any attention to our request he said I agree with Dr Ramos he has a kidney problem lets give him 500cc of substanious Fluid treatment for five nights did that after the 2nd alex's legs started swelling up llost all control of bladder could not walk took him back in they finally decided to check his heart , they rupterd his heart with the Fluid injections no apology no feelings of gult nothing the only thing Dr Ramos said was to take hiin to Louisville I can no longer help you he has a rupturred heart go home and flip him over ever hour til he dries out we took alex home that night he did nothing but gasp for air because lungs were so full of fliud we took him to our normal vet and he said withj the door closed the we was not going to lasr rhe ride home
so to stop him from suffering we put him to sleep so bascally Drs Ramos and Killbane kiilled Alex I kick my self every day for taking him to Advent he would be alive to if we had not taken him there , I have not heard any kind of apology nothing they are ingnoring me They are mad at me because they Killed alex the are not in the business they love cats and dogs they are in because of the money Do not Take your pets here they will kill them
