Veterinarian Overview
Dr. James Park was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He received his BS in Animal Sciences at the University of Illinois and stayed in Champaign-Urbana to complete his DVM degree in 2007. After graduation he returned to the Chicago area and practiced at a large group practice in Arlington Heights for the past 12 years. Dr. Park takes pride in giving each and every patient and pet owner the best possible care, and maintains a special interest in orthopedic surgeries, oncology, and diagnostic ultrasound. Dr. Park and his wife Nedra, who is also a veterinarian, have a toddler named Hazel who keeps them laughing and busy when they are away from their practices. During his free time he tries to snowboard, tackle home improvement projects, and root for the Illini, Bears, Cubs, and Bulls.
