Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Prescott received her degree in Veterinary Medicine in May of 2002 from Iowa State University. She joined The Heartland Animal team shortly after graduation. Dr. Prescott is a member of the AVMA, IVMA, GVDMA, and the Des Moines Golden Retriever Club. Dr. Prescott lives near Maxwell with her husband Jarad, daughters Hannah and Laura, their Golden Retrievers Piper and Ruby, and their cats Doodle, Monkey, Linus, and Dexter. They also have two barn kitties, one horse, and several chickens and turkeys.
