We and our six pets have been long-time clients of this clinic and always trusted the excellent care Dr. Rose provided. Unfortunately, since Amber took over, our experience has been terrible. Recent visits involved long wait times, disorganized staff, and a disregard for the clinic’s own policies.
When we raised concerns about our pets’ health, Amber was dismissive and unprofessional, making assumptions without evidence, refusing to listen, and communicating in a condescending, rigid manner. While we understand that leadership changes can be difficult, the compassion, clarity, and professionalism we experienced under Dr. Rose are now gone.
