I called this Veterinarian Practice to make a New Patient visit for one of my pets. Lori, was the person who answered the phone. She was very curt, rude and left me hanging on an open phone line without answering my questions. She was not friendly at all. She was extremely despondent, even after I explained I wanted to make an Appt. for my dog as a new client. She was very impatient. Every time I asked simple question regarding the Doctor and Practice Policy, she would sigh and leave me hanging on the phone without a response. I even questioned if she was still there in the phone? Then to make matters WORSE, a woman started YELLING in the background saying “JUST HANG UP, JUST HANG UP”!!! I asked Lori if the woman was referring to me and she said “YES”!!! WOW!!! What a SHAME to have such RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL employees reflect a Business! Having worked in the Medical Field my entire life, I have a great appreciation and utmost respect of how the quality and professionalism of a Doctor’s Staff reflects the Doctor the entire practice! I responded to Lori, “thank you for your time, but this Practice is CLEARLY NOT what I am looking for to care for my animals!”
