Stay away from this vet STEVEN MENSACK! I took my dog, who was extremely ill due to a misdiagnosis medication given a week earlier, and this vet became defiant and defensive when I mentioned the possibility of the misdiagnosis. He ended up not saving my dog. The office that he works at, Southeast Veterinary Referral Center in Miami, Fl, overcharged me by over $200 (the total amount for the "attempt at saving y dog was over $500! After my dog died this Vet, Steven Mensack, expressed his condolences like an actor being forced to act compassionate. He seemed to have no empathy. The other tech brought us my dog’s corpse, and this quack Mensack did not even have the courtesy of coming out to face us again. DON'T TAKE YOUR PET THERE! There are plenty of good, qualified, decent and caring Vets out there.
