Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Janet Brown was born and raised in Long Island, New York and is a graduate of Massapequa High School. After receiving her Bachelorâs Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, she travelled extensively in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Alaska and Hawaii. She went on to earn her DVM from the University of Parma in Parma, Italy. In her 28 years of being a veterinarian, she has practiced in Staten Island, NY; New Bedford, MA; Greenwich, CT; Aiken, SC; Fox Chapel, PA; and in Central Florida. Dr. Brown and husband Keith opened her practice in 2011. Their daughter Katie is presently studying at New York University and they hope that one day she becomes a part of the family business.
