Veterinarian Overview
Genevieve Filion, DVM is originally from Quebec City, Canada and completed her degree in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Montreal in 2000. Dr. Filion then moved to the United States to complete an internship at Cornell University in Large Animal Veterinary Medicine. Prior to moving to Connecticut in 2007, Dr. Filion practiced both large and small animal medicine in upstate New York. Dr. Filion enjoys all aspects of small animal veterinary medicine and has a special interest in dentistry and surgery. She lives in Killingworth with her spouse Jeff and their two sons, Alex and Max and she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her family including her two dogs and four cats.
