Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Roach graduated from Texas A & M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1972. He has extensive experience in mixed- animal practice and small animal practice only. He also has experience in regulatory medicine in which he served both the Texas and California Departments of Agriculture in which the mission is to protect the state and national food supplies from diseases that can be transmitted from animals to humans.He served as President of two local veterinary medical associations; as a delegate of the California Veterinary Medical Association; and two-term President of the California Veterinary Medical Board which licenses, regulates, and disciplines California veterinarians.
