Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Salaguinto transitioned to Practice Owner in 2015 after working for four years in our practice as an Associate Veterinarian and Assistant Manager. She earned her Bachelor's degree from UC Davis in 1998 and her DVM degree from Purdue University in 2003-where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. Dr. Salaguinto has accumulated over 20 years of experience in almost every clinical veterinary position-including Kennel Worker, Groomer, Receptionist, Veterinary Assistant, DVM student, Associate Veterinarian, and Assistant Practice Manager. She has always had a natural magnetism for cats and is excited to fullfill her lifelong dream to work with them exclusively. In her spare time Dr. Salaguinto enjoys tending to her rose and vegetable gardens, updating and decorating her vintage Land Park home, walking the dog, napping with the cats, web-surfing, and spending time with her family. She and her spouse, Ed, have two young children, Elaina and Wesley, and a big pet family of 5 cats, 1 dog and tropical fish.
