Veterinarian Overview
Board-certified veterinary dentist Dr. Amy Fulton grew up outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before attending Cornell University in upstate New York, from which she graduated summa cum laude in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She continued at Cornell, attending the College of Veterinary Medicine, and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2009. After successfully completing a rotating internship in small animal medicine and emergency at Tufts Universitys Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010, Dr. Fulton dedicated herself to a 3-year residency in Dentistry and Oral Surgery at the University of California, Davis Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital. She completed this residency program in August 2013, after which she worked in Sacramento, practicing specialty veterinary dentistry. Dr. Fulton became a board-certified specialist in 2014, earning her Diploma from the American College of Veterinary Dentistry.
