Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Ayshea Quintana joined the team as an Associate Veterinarian in July of 2014. She is an Albuquerque, New Mexico native and earned her Bachelor's degree from New Mexico State University. From there, Dr. Quintana obtained a Master's degree from Colorado State University and then graduated with her Doctorate in veterinary medicine from UC Davis. As a child, she grew up with many animals including guinea pigs, ferrets, hedgehogs, and German Shepherds. She believes there is always one dog that makes a huge impact on your life, and for her that was a little stray dog named "Jet". Currently, she has two cats at home ("Joey" and "Phoebe") who she has to watch very carefully, because they have an obsession for chewing on wires.
