Veterinarian Overview
Dr. James Dunlap is originally from south of Buffalo in western New York. He grew up on a small farm with beef cattle, dogs and cats, and there acquired his passion and love for animals.He graduated from Cornell University in New York with a B.S. in 1995, and Iowa State University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. He has been practicing small animal medicine and surgery at Central Veterinary Hospital since August 1999. Dr. Dunlap sees small animals, including cats, dogs, rabbits and small mammals.Outside of the hospital environment, his interests include reading, hiking and gardening. He is married to a wonderful woman named Anne, and has two cats named Duncan and Toady.
