Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Earnest attended University of Arizona and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences. During the years between obtaining her Bachelors and starting veterinary school, she kept busy as an outfitter, starting reining horses and coaching youth and non-pro riders, leading her to the beautiful state of Colorado. While in Colorado, she attended Colorado State University, graduating with her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Not only is she a licensed DVM, she is also certified in animal acupuncture through the Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians, CuraCore. Dr. Earnest is passionate about preventative care, emergency work and performance horse medicine. She loves helping clients keep their horses feeling and performing at their best. In her spare time she enjoys starting colts, riding her Mustangs, running, cycling and just about anything else outdoors.
