Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Virk graduated from Punjab Agricultural University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1992 in India. He completed his clinical rotations from Purdue University in 1994. In 1995, Dr. Virk became licensed in California and worked extensively in emergency medicine in Modesto, CA and the Bay Area for the next 3 years. He opened his practice in 1998 in Concord, CA with a special interest in internal medicine, surgery, and laparascopic surgery. He works with many animal rescue groups and believes in giving back to the community. In his spare time he likes working out, reading, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife Parmjeet, and 3 children Jasmine, Justin, and Karina in Dublin, CA.
