Veterinarian Overview
Catherine Byrnes, DVM, joined Airpark Animal Hospital in September 2014. A 1996 graduate of the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, she practiced small animal medicine and surgery in her native Massachuserrs for nineteen years before migrating west to settle in the Cottonwood area. Her professional interests include exceptional wellness care, preventive medicine, and promotion of the human-animal bond though client education. "It is my honor and privilege to provide lifelong care to pets and their families." When she isn't working, Dr. Byrnes is hiking with her dog, riding her motorcycle, and working in her yard. She is also involved in her community. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, and needlework. She is the pet parent to one dog and servant of two cats.
