Nancy is hands down the best vet in Rutland County. She is incredible knowledgeable, responsive, and really invests in getting to know your pet. Since I began bringing my cats and dog to her, she has given me peace of mind on multiple occasions. Her facilities are clean and her process is incredibly processional. Moreover, she has maintained a safe approach in this covid world. She is an animal lover and always advocates for pets first. Lastly, her prices are reasonable and fair. Thank you, Nancy!
I would not recommend veterinary services from Nancy Kotsull to anybody in the area; PLEASE take the extra few minutes to drive your pets elsewhere! No receptionist, and certainly not operated as a business should be. Nancy has never returned, or even answered one phone call of mine. She seems more likely to respond to a text message, answering urgent questions and/or appointment requests; however, the response will come DAYS later. Any needed prescriptions are sent to G
