Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Weathersby is a graduate of the Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medication where she received her doctorate in veterinary medicine in 2012. Since graduation, she has practiced both in Maryland and Pennsylvania, where she worked exclusively with small animals and pocket pets. Her special medical interests are in surgery and animal behavior.At home, she has one domestic cat, Mali, whom she adopted from an animal shelter during her third year of vet school. Dr. Weathersby describes Mali as very much like a dog in behavior. Outside of work, Dr. Weathersby enjoys music, travel, and poetry.
