I don't know why the above person felt that way, I had the complete OPPOSITE, very interested very knowledgeable was great with my pet. I've been seeing her for years and NEVER have an issue and she always pleasant and great. HIGHLY recommend her to all my family and anyone who wants a great vet.!! Maybe Mrs Peters your pet has other issues and you are to busy diagnosing the pet yourself!!!

Was disappointed by the appointment I had with Dr. Kronewetter. I recently adopted an older mill dog that has a history of heart disease and horrible anxiety. He spent the first 5 years of his life in a 4 x 4 crate with 3 other dogs. He is terrified to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom in front of a human. When you approach him he panics and runs into things, often cutting or bruising himself. When I brought up the topic of potentially starting an SSRI or benzo for his behavioral health concerns, I was told that my dog didn’t have anxiety and not to worry. The vet was also not familiar with the common psychotropic veterinary medications. The entire appointment felt rushed (she kept saying “what else, what else, what else” and rushing me through my concerns) and I had to go back to ask for lab work and a medication refill for his heart meds because these weren’t addressed during the appointment. I do not recommend this vet and am frustrated that I spent money at THRIVE. Will have to establish care at a new clinic and start over
