Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Heidi is a native Texan who was born and raised in Midland. She double majored in college at Stephen F. Austin State University and then went on to receive her degree in Veterinary Medicine from St. GeorgeÍs University of Grenada, West Indies in 2009. Her fourth and final clinical year of vet school she attended Louisiana State University.Dr. Heidi practiced in Bastrop, TX at a mixed practice for 6 years prior to joining the Vital Pet family. She has a special interest in internal medicine, dentistry and general surgery as a mixed animal veterinarian. She enjoys treating all animals from horses and cows to dogs, cats and pocket pets.Dr. Heidi enjoys hiking, running and playing soccer as well as spending quality time with family and friends. The love of her life is her husband and two dogs, Lola and Norman.
