Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Romero was born and raised in Port Neches, Texas. He received his bachelor of science degree from Louisiana State University in 2007, and graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine (with Honors) in 2012. He practiced in south Houston prior to joining the VitalPet family in September 2013. Dr. Romero has a special interest in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry.He and his wife, Jamie, have a long-haired dachshund named ñMaggie,î and a cat named ñMeathead.î He is an avid outdoorsman and loves watching LSU football and LSU baseball. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, and cooking _ and eating _ crawfish.
