Kristy Kyle is a native Houstonian and 2008 graduate of Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to completing her DVM degree, Dr. Kyle completed her undergraduate degree in Biology and Philosophy at Wheaton College in 1999. She then completed a Master's of Arts in Philosophy at Texas A&M University in 2001 followed by several years working as content developer and manager for a corporate training company in the Houston area. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Association, Harris County Veterinary Medical Association, the American Animal Hospital Association, and the American Association of Feline Practitioners.Dr. Kyle is especially interested in surgery as well as feline medicine and surgery. She is sensitive to the unique needs of her feline patients and seeks to decrease the stress they experience when coming to the vet. She knows that a less stressful trip means she will be able to provide better care for the cat's entire life. Dr. Kyle also loves spending time with her partner and son, their two dogs Shug and Celie, and their new cat Mimi.
