Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Arthur grew up in rural York County, PA. She graduated with a BS in Animal Science from Delaware Valley College, Doylestown, PA. In 1998, she graduated from North Carolina State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. In the fall of that year, she joined our staff.
