Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kelly Fisher graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2004, after obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois. Shortly after graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Fisher moved to Minnesota to practice mixed animal medicine. With the birth of their son, she and her husband, Kreg, decided to move back to Indiana and closer to home. She spent two years in a small animal private practice before joining the Circle City team as an emergency clinician. After a little over two years in our ER, Dr. Fisher completed the certification program at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in canine rehabilitation and began to work in our rehabilitation department full time. Recently Dr. Fisher has transitioned back into emergency work, but she maintains her certification in rehabilitation. Dr. Fisher enjoys reading, being outdoors and spending time with her husband Kreg, son Caleb and their two dogs, Dakota and Reno.
