Grew up on a farm in Northeastern Tennessee. She later moved to Minnesota, where she attended college. Dr. Foxs undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota was in wildlife biology. However, she was granted early acceptance into the University of Minnesotas College of Veterinary Medicine (a distinguished honor that allowed her to begin her studies in veterinary medicine without first completing a Bachelors degree). In 2006, Dr. Fox was granted a Bachelors of Science degree in Veterinary Science, followed by a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2009. Dr. Fox moved to Florida in 2009. When not working, she enjoys Floridas abundant outdoor activities and developing her small hobby farm with her husband.
