I have used Dr White as my Vet for 17 years. She is a outstanding Vet and I recommend her to everyone I know. I had a dog that had numerous , serious health issues. With Dr Whites care he lived to be 15 years old. For a large breed dog, that is remarkable.
SHOULD BE NO BONES AT ALL!!! My elderly mom HAD BEEN a client of Dr. Denise White and Crystal and Kenline Vet for many years and the way they treated her was evil and illegal. Monday Mom took her beloved cat in for an emergency holiday call because he had been vomiting all weekend and someone finally answered on Monday. She paid the "holiday prices" for his visit and to be hydrated. They told her to come back Tuesday. She started calling them when they opened at 7am Tuesday, but no vet until 9:45am. Mom had a couple of dr appointments so went right back to see Dr. White and Crystal at Kenline at 2 to get his blood work done. They got the results and told my mom he had kidney and liver infection but with antibiotic shots and medicine to take home he would be ok. She paid cash up front for everything and went home. At 7:30pm she spoke to Kenline because he continued to vomit. Kenline instructed her to continue the antibiotics and call back in morning. Mom did. Zero suffered all night. Mom called Kenline in the morning and Crystal cruelly, and very rudely told my mom her cat was actually in organ failure and have to be put down. They could have gotten another visit and more money out of her before they actually put him out of his suffering. As I type this Mom and my sister are taking Zero to Fremont Veterinary Clinic to be put to sleep in my mom's arms. Horrible Horrible Vet and helper...CRYSTAL AND DR DENISE WHITE DVM(??) SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!
While my sister was searching for another vet she was told numerous times that Dr. Denise White and Crystal at Kenline vet are repeat offenders in situations similar to this. Vets are supposed to love animals. THEY LET ZERO SUFFER ALL NIGHT LONG AND MY MOM HAD TO WATCH. Just to get money for a 3rd daily visit and who knows what else??
