We are overwhelmed with the loss of our girl Teal. We are beyond sad. But Dr. Neal was just absolutely caring and for sure there for us every step of the way to be with us while our special girl passed away. Thank you so much Dr. Neal. We are just so thankful you came into our life at such a difficult time for our girl. You are the best.

Dr. Neal saw my cat who was presenting with symptoms consistent with a potential life-threatening ailment. Dr. Neal was extremely pleasant, and went above and beyond to get me the answers I needed for my little guy. Luckily, it was not the life-threatening issue we were both expecting. Regardless, Dr. Neal relayed excellent information over the phone (nothing in-person due to COVID precautions) and answered my many phone calls with grace and understanding. I could not have asked for a better vet to see my cat for this particular concern.
Dr. Neal exceeds all expectations. My 15 year old cat with several complicated interrelated health conditions received the best evaluation, care, and attention I have experienced with a vet in the last 20 years. Dr. Neal is extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, empathic and exhaustive in his attention to diagnosis and recommendations. He listens attentively and provides you with detailed understanding, includes your thoughts and feelings in all aspects of the communication about your pet, and allows you to come to your own decisions. I cannot say enough about his competence, helpfulness and his efforts to guide, in my case, a very difficult decision making process. Dr. Neal and the Pet Care staff .... a first class emergency hospital. This is my second time interacting with this hospital.....the first time literally saving my cat's life and this time providing desperately needed understanding and life preserving decisions.
I came in with an urgent need for evaluation with my cat who has multiple rather serious issues at age 15 1/5. Dr. Neal was the best and most thorough, helpful, clear and knowledgeable vet I have had in the last 20 years. It was an amazing experience to receive such clear understanding and of the issues and such vital guidance. The best ever. And the hospital staff also. I wish I did not live so far away. Wonderful experience......the second time with his hospital.
