Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Ashley Baron is a Nebraska native and second generation small animal veterinarian. Before settling in the Bay Area, Dr. Baron practiced in Boston. She earned a B.S. in Biology at The University of Nebraska at Kearney and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2011. She studied Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine with the Chi Institute and completed her acupuncture training in 2011. Dr. Baron enjoys incorporating holistic therapies in to her general practice and her special interests include acupuncture, herbal medicine, feline medicine, pain management and nutrition. She resides on the Peninsula and enjoys hiking, yoga, traveling and spending time with her husband, two young daughters, German Shepherd mix, and two cats.
