Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Teri L. Pate is a California native. She attended University of California, Santa Cruz, where she obtained a bachelor degree in Psychobiology with a minor in math. She then attended the University of California, Davis College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 1998. She completed an internship at South Shore Animal Hospital in Massachusetts and worked in Connecticut before joining the VCA Bradshaw Animal Hospital family in 2000. Her special interests include feline medicine, diabetes, and dentistry. She loves solving problems and finding answers for pet owners. Outside of work, Dr. Pate can be found riding her bike with Team in Training and raising money to cure cancer. She has a huge heart for animals with special needs and shares her home with many of them.
