Hello Dr. Decastro - I recently adopted a 64 lbs, approximately 9 month old dog (boxer/pit bull mix) here in Seward. I do not know any of her history as far a necessary shots and vaccinations. I would like to get her up to date, so I can than schedule to get her spade by Dr. Hall or in Soldotna or Anchorage. I believe she just passed out of heat (no more droplets of blood) and I was told she was in heat when I adopted her. In the past you had seen my old dogs (Piper and Abby) who have since passed of old age (they both lived17 years). I live in town (corner of 4th and A). Home (224-5088), work cell 907-242-8545. Dr. DeCastro is, without question, the most professional veterinarian I have ever seen. She is highly competent, very knowledgeable and totally compassionate. Her advise is spot on, every time. She has exclusive care of my pets. I just wish she provided care for humans. She is the tops.
