I have had a number of negative experiences with emergency clinics in the area--at times their lack of professionalism has been astonishing--but walking into Urgentvet was like a breath of fresh air. I was greeted by a friendly, sympathetic staff, reasonable fees, and none of the ridiculous wait times that one usually encounters. I would like to single out Dr. Ullah for the highest praises I can possibly give. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and honest. Unfortunately the news was very bad but he guided me through my options with remarkable honesty and sympathy. I thank God he was in attendance when I came in.
