Veterinarian Overview
At the age of eight, I informed my parents that I was going to be a veterinarian when I grew up. Although I probably could not even spell veterinarian yet, I knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my life caring for animals. From fish to gerbils and rabbits to dogs, my parents supported and encouraged me to attain my goals. I now know everyday that I am blessed to be a veterinarian and live my dream.I am a native Tulsan and still proud to call this my home. Upon graduation, my husband and I and our two cats (Howie and Molly) settled in Broken Arrow and started our careers and our family. Ross, my husband is a chemical engineer, but more importantly, he is a wonderful father. We are blessed with three healthy sons (Jackson, Nathan & Hudson), who give each day more meaning and joy than we could have ever imagined. We have also added another cat to our clan, Bennie. He was found in a cardboard box, one week old and cold, outside the hospital. After weeks of nursing him back to health, adoption outside our family was no longer an option! We are fortunate and thankful to be surrounded by our extended family and friends as well.
