Hello, I am Dr. Jim Powell. After graduating from Purdue in 1978 and moving here from Indiana, I was the youngest veterinarian in West Pasco. While this may no longer be the case, I can honestly say that I still love my job. I co-founded All Pets Hospital in 1982 and will be here until they run me out. Dr. Chewcaskie has been my business partner for 13 years and still puts up with me
