Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Brian Monk has been involved in veterinary medicine since 1986, when he began working as a veterinary assistant in high school in Charleston, West Virginia. After graduating from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia in 1992, he was accepted to the Virginia-Maryland Veterinary Medical Program at Virginia Tech, graduating in 1997. During his career he has practiced in Maryland and Florida. His interests include emergency & critical care medicine, exotic animal medicine (especially reptiles), and surgery. He is awesome, very smart, and exceptionally attractive. You will love him, just like we do!
